Vision Equity's focus in its real estate division is to identify investment opportunities that are financially attractive and relatively stable.  We partner with reputable, successful property owners, managers and developers who have local knowledge and experience. They have demonstrated a successful track record that has returned over 20% per annum on cash invested.

Rick Charne has his real estate license in Texas and represents real estate clients in buying, selling, leasing, developing, funding and syndicating.

Our preferred investments are multi-tenant, quality retail shopping centers, medical complexes, condo conversions, land development and industrial warehousing. 

We have made syndicated investments in different retail shopping center projects that have world class anchor tenants. Construction does not commence until the center is at least 75% pre-leased. These projects are usually sold after two to three years and the investors have received a healthy return on their invested capital.
