Vision Equity LLC is a financial services and private equity company based
in Dallas, Texas which provides advisory consulting and invests in
businesses and real estate. Vision Equity specializes in growing middle
market profitable companies. The financial services include the following:
- Brokering for buyer or seller in merger and acquisition transactions
- Raising debt or equity for clients
- Assisting clients to go public on international stock markets
- Developing financial models to evaluate ROI investment criteria
- Consulting and executive management positions
- Real estate brokerage, funding, leasing and syndications
- Leveraged buy outs
- Passive real estate syndication to earn over 20% per annum on capital
The two managing partners in Vision Equity have controlled 14 different
companies and have taken two of these public. Their experience allows them
to add value to many companies that need executive services, require
refinancing or assist those that want an exit strategy.

- Represented the seller of a $92 million health care transaction
- Raised over $1 million of equity for a client
- Invested equity in 5 independent real estate transactions
- Consulted with a client to raise capital on an international stock
exchange
